nutritional medicine consultant · linda conder gut feeling

Linda Conder

I'm Linda Conder, a Nutritional Medicine Consultant with over 10 years of experience, specialising in gut health, mental health and children's health.

I studied with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and have further developed my expertise through mentoring with leading Australian practitioners, including Dr Jason Hawrelak (gut microbiome), Dr Denise Furness (DNA and nutrigenomics) and Rachel Arthur (nutritional blood markers).

My passion also comes from personal experience. Having suffered from ulcerative colitis and depression, I understand the pain, exhaustion and frustration of searching for answers. Today, I'm free from ulcerative colitis symptoms and depression.

My Approach – Listen, Understand and Restore

My approach starts with taking the time to listen to your story, understand your symptoms and explore what may be driving your health concerns. I combine this with a detailed review of your blood results, looking beyond standard reference ranges to assess nutritional and functional health markers. Where appropriate, comprehensive gut testing helps us investigate your digestive function, gut lining, immune system, inflammation and microbiome including beneficial and potentially harmful microorganisms.

By bringing together your story, symptoms and test results, we develop a highly personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan that addresses your individual needs. I then work alongside you, providing guidance and adjusting your plan as you progress towards better health.

Because the best health plan is one that works with you and for you.

Private midwife · Solari Midwifery

Tané Cowan

Hi beautiful people of the Top End. 💗🌴

If we haven't met yet, I'm Tané, a midwife here in Darwin, and I feel incredibly lucky to do this work in such a unique part of the world. I am a proud Queenslander, but I'm loving the territory lifestyle because it's so similar to the one I'm used to back home in Central Queensland. I enjoy mangoes, beaches, the colour yellow and vanilla iced lattes. 💛 My heart is in building real relationships, so you always have a familiar face in your corner. Someone who knows your story, your preferences, your hopes and supports you to make informed, confident decisions. If you're pregnant (or planning to be) and looking for a midwife, here in Darwin, I'd love to connect.

I provide heart-felt private midwifery care for families seeking support through pregnancy, birth and those early postpartum weeks. I am committed to creating a space where women feel safe to ask questions, explore their options and make decisions that are right for them. My role is not to direct your journey, but to provide the knowledge, support and clinical expertise that enables you to feel informed, confident and empowered in your choices.

sound practitioner · Sunny Sound Journey

Sarah Heathwood

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I’m a Level 3 sound practitioner. With over 25 years working in Education and Corporate workforces, I understand the necessity to unwind from the working week. My passion is creating nurturing safe spaces to escape the chaos, calmly unwinding and leaving the busyness of life at the door.

I use crystal bowl sound therapy, a wellness practice that uses the pure, resonant tones and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the mind and body. I believe in the profound impact these ancient sound experiences can have on the mind, body and spirit. My unique blend of guided meditation, essential oil rituals and a pop of science aims to leave you feeling in the Zen Zone. I feel honoured to share this experience with the community.

Naturopath · Annie Barrett Naturopath

Annie Barrett

Annie Barrett is a naturopath and medical scientist who supports women through perimenopause, with a focus on rural Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Science) with Distinction, and is a full member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

After nearly 30 years away, Annie returned to her hometown of Emerald and saw how many rural women in their 30s, 40s and beyond were struggling without the right support. She now combines pathology with naturopathy, interpreting blood tests as “preventative health detective work” and recommending real food and balanced living that suit what rural communities can access.

Her aim is for women to sleep better, clear brain fog, balance hormones and feel in control of their health in midlife. Outside the clinic, Annie tap dances, drinks a lot of herbal tea and chai, and shares her home with Stanley, her spoodle.

Counsellor · best steps

Davida Soma

As a qualified counsellor registered at Level 2 with the Australian Counselling Association, I provide children and families with a calm, supportive environment in which their perspectives are respected and valued. Through thoughtful dialogue, I help individuals develop clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of identity. I also offer parents and carers specialised guidance on family dynamics and their child’s individual journey, providing an inclusive setting in which to explore family changes and their impact on children.

As a neuro-affirming counsellor in the Northern Territory, I support individuals and families with sensitivity and respect for their unique circumstances. I bring more than 20 years of experience across special education, behaviour therapy, disability advocacy, community services, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, together with nine years in private counselling practice. Having collaborated with multidisciplinary teams across Australia, I use an empathetic and collaborative approach to help individuals and families build confidence, security, and wellbeing.

I have demonstrated experience supporting people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and co-occurring conditions, with particular expertise in facilitating inclusive transitions to education and employment in partnership with schools across the ACT and New South Wales. I have also worked closely with refugee and migrant families, implementing communication tools and strategies that strengthen engagement and community connections.
